Base Rental Fee:
- $3500.00 for up to 100 guests x 6 hours (5pm-11pm)
- $200 each additional hour.
- Two cases (24 bottles) of ParaVi Wine. Depending on the choice of wine the price can range from $614.40 to $1267.20 plus tax.
Fee Includes:
- Tasting room
- Barrel room/Cellar room Patio area & BBQ (Lawn #1)
- Center level (Lawn #2)
- Amphitheater (Lawn #3)
- 6 Patio tables and 36 chairs
- 100 white folding chairs
- 10 rectangular 3'x5' tables
- 12 round 5' tables
- Lighting and candles on barrels in cellar
- Bocce Ball Courts
- Playground area for children
- Parking lot and overflow parking area
- Restrooms His and Hers
- LCD Video screens for media presentations
- ParaVi staff member (1) on site
- Sound System in tasting room

Bar Rental $500 includes:
- Booth and bar seating for 40

- Bar staffed by ParaVi $25 per hour and $15 if ParaVi sells beer & wine

Additional Services & Amenities (additional charge):
- $250 if ParaVi is responsible for the clean-up afterwards. Returning all the tables and chairs and complete cleanup of the facility after rental.
- Tasting room/ Bar staffed by ParaVi $25 per hour and $15 if ParaVi sells beer & wine
- Catering: $30 per person (depending on menu)
- Piano: $100 per hour- 3 hr min. (Musician not included)
- White umbrellas $5
- Sound equipment PA: $75
- Fog machine
- Stage for use in barrel room 12' x 8' $100
- Outdoor mobile stage 12'x 8' with black skirt $300
- Ice maker: $75 for 24 hours of operation (200 lbs of ice)
- Game show buzzers for 12 people w/ host control: $50
Catering Company:
- Supplies all necessary equipment to prepare and serve food including tables, cloths and serving dishes etc.
- Busses tables, prepares dishes and serves all food. Clean up of all food related items.
Teardown and Cleanup:
- Must be completed within the rental contract time.
- Tables & chairs must be returned to their proper storage areas.
- All decorations must be removed.
- All areas used must be cleaned and trash removed.
- There will be a $10 charge for all broken ParaVi glasses.
Prior to Event:
- A certificate of insurance naming ParaVi as additionally insured must be provided before event.
- Balance is to be paid in full before event.
